Description

What it does and how it works

Water-based antispatter formulated for automated applications in high-performance MIG/MAG welding processes and for cleaning stations via micro-mist spray onto the nozzle and contact tip. It forms a release film that prevents spatter from bonding, keeping the nozzle clean, reducing cleaning time, and protecting finishes for any subsequent coating process.

  • Reduces manual cleanup rework and cleaning time on automated lines.
  • Extends the service life of nozzles and contact tips.
  • Does not interfere with the arc or contaminate the shielding gas.
  • Silicone-free: does not affect downstream coating processes.
  • Non-flammable and low-VOC (water-based).
Ideal for: Automotive plants and Tier 1/2 suppliers with high-performance robotic MIG/MAG welding cells.

How to Use

Four steps on the floor

1

Prepare

Use undiluted, ready to use. Apply according to spatter severity.

2

Apply

Fine, even spray over the part and areas adjacent to the weld bead, before the cycle.

3

Weld

The film does not interfere with the arc or contaminate the shielding gas.

4

Release

Remove spatter with compressed air or light brushing.

Try it in your process before you buy

A technical diagnosis and a trial application of SPARK-STC, no commitment. You measure the result on your own parts.
