Description

What it does and how it works

SPARK-SF, a premium manually-applied antispatter, ensures porosity-free welding, protects work pieces, and keeps the weld clean. It forms a protective layer on the part — primarily carbon steel — with a biodegradable, silicone- and solvent-free formula, so it does not interfere with downstream processes such as painting and electroplating.

  • Applied in seconds before every weld bead
  • No greasy or halogenated residue on the part
  • Doesn't affect weld bead quality or require repositioning the part
  • Non-flammable and low-VOC (water-based)
  • Compatible with paint and downstream processes
Ideal for: Manual welding shops, industrial maintenance, metal structures, and field repair.

How to Use

Four steps on the floor

1

Prepare

Use undiluted, ready to use. Apply according to spatter severity.

2

Apply

Spray a light coat from 20–30 cm over the weld area and adjacent zones.

3

Weld

Weld immediately; the film does not interfere with the arc.

4

Clean

Remove spatter with a brush or rag; the surface is left ready for finishing.

Try it in your process before you buy

A technical diagnosis and a trial application of SPARK-SF, no commitment. You measure the result on your own parts.
