Its low-viscosity formula ensures uniform application through automated nozzles without clogging the injection systems. It creates an ultra-thin, thermally stable film that repels molten metal spatter, protecting both the sheet metal and the electrode tips and robot arms.
How to Use
Fill the robot's spray system reservoir with ready-to-use product.
Program micro-shot cycles aimed at the electrode tips or the clamping area (jaws).
Fine atomized application; avoid pooling to prevent excess fumes.
Clean oil, grease, or micro-spatter in alkaline wash systems. Reapply on every cycle or per process validation.
