Description

What it does and how it works

High-resistance oil-based anti-spatter, specifically designed for robotic cells and automated spot-welding (resistance welding) production lines. Its low-viscosity formula ensures uniform application through automated nozzles without clogging the injection systems. It creates an ultra-thin, thermally stable film that repels molten metal spatter, protecting both the sheet metal and the electrode tips and robot arms.

How to Use

Four steps in the cell

Fill

Fill the robot's spray system reservoir with ready-to-use product.

Program

Program micro-shot cycles aimed at the electrode tips or the clamping area (jaws).

Apply

Fine atomized application; avoid pooling to prevent excess fumes.

4

Post-process

Clean oil, grease, or micro-spatter in alkaline wash systems. Reapply on every cycle or per process validation.
